Graduate Report
On January 14, 2026, the Graduate Studies faculty participated in a Retreat. The Retreat was facilitated by Climb Consulting Inc. We received extremely positive feedback about the energy and enthusiasm throughout the event, which will support our continued progress in the design and implementation of the MClSc and PhD Programs.
Dr. Kamila Premji completed her PhD thesis titled “Improving Access to Comprehensive Family Physicians: Insights from Workforce Trends and Policy Initiatives’ on November 4, 2025 and will graduate in absentia this month.
A reminder that applications for our MClSc Program opened January 1, 2026. We would appreciate if you would keep our Program in mind when speaking with residents with a strong interest in teaching/research. We welcome our colleagues in the community to consider the MClSc Program as it is designed for busy family physicians and it is offered part-time and primarily online. Please contact the Director, Graduate Programs, Dr. Judith Belle Brown at jbbrown@uwo.ca or Stacey Bastien, Program Coordinator at sbastie@uwo.ca if you have any questions. MClSc applications are due May 1, 2026.
